Marta is counciller responsible for demographic challenge, youth, employment, tourism and housing in Genalguacil

From education to politics - graduated in Social Education at the University of Malaga, specialising in criminology and social intervention with minors and young people. Her career began in France in a European volunteer programme for dynamisation with young people, coordinated by local municipalities. On returning to Spain, this expanded to include projects on parenting and education for parents, and subsequently took up the position of social educator in the Community Social Service at the City Council of Malaga. From here she returned to her home town of Genalguacil and took political office as a councillor responsible for demographic challenge, youth, employment, tourism and housing. Marta combines her political position with the co-direction of the LAB Genalguacil - International Laboratory of Rural Innovation recently founded in our municipality.
