Oihane Amurrio is a Berlin-based artist, educator, and entrepreneur whose practice lies at the intersection of art, radical pedagogy, and intersectional feminism. Her work encompasses artistic creation, theoretical research, and the design of educational programs aimed at transforming the exclusionary logics of the cultural sector. Oihane holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU), an International Executive Program in Team Coaching (Mondragón University), and a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Athabasca University). She has led the design of academic programs in cooperative entrepreneurship within the cultural sector, implementing educational methodologies based on collaborative learning, critical thinking, and active listening to individuals and systems. Oihane has designed and taught classes in several international programs, as well as the International University Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (Mondragon University), the University Degree Transformational Leadership and Social Impact - BITLASI (ESADE), the Cooperative Cultural Entrepreneurship course (Travelling U), or Empathy and Diversity Workbook (Mondragon Team Academy).
