She is responsible for overseeing the governance and operational delivery in relation to Finance, Recruitment, Procurement, Data Protection, Risk management and Event management with national and international teams and has responsibility in developing and submitting the annual technical and financial funder report whilst leading internal and external stakeholder communications. Tara has 17 years’ experience in public sector service and prior to this was a Project Manager for a Multinational Corporation. Tara has a Master in Business Administration(MBA), PRINCE2 project management, Specialist Diploma in Lean and Quality Systems, Green Belt, GDPR, Advanced Diploma in Data Protection Law and Public Procurement regulations in the EU and its Global Content qualifications.
