Nerea has a B.Sc. in Political Sciences and holds a M.A. in Human Rights and International Relations. She is currently a PhD candidate on Society, Politics and Culture at the University of the Basque Country, where she researches on the linkages between Culture and Migrations. After collaborating with several international non-profits, she was Program Assistant for the Culture Program of UNESCO Montevideo in Uruguay. She was Professor at the Bachelor on Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Mondragón. Currently, she is Associate Professor at the Master in Cultural Management at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, while she works in European cultural projects as a Project Manager for ECBN/Creative FED, the European Federation for Creative Economy.
