Project manager at the Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces

Degreed in Philology (English language and literature) I began working with European projects more than 20 years now. My first experience was with EQUAL Community Initiative projects. From the very beginning I was aware that European projects were labs to test new ways of doing towards social innovation.  From then, I’ve been  a Senior technician at the Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FAMP acronym in Spanish). Long experience in transnational and  trans/interregional cooperation projects dealing with different societal challenges (employment, gender, environment and sustainable development), and the new challenges of the digital era, like inclusive digitization. My roles include acting as a project manager in different project’s implementation, through the coordination of project’s workplans at local level and engagement of stakeholders to make sure a multilevel and multiactor governance approach, as a way to build up cohesive and representative target groups to be addressed by projects.
