PACESETTERS focuses on the direct engagement with target groups and representatives of the cultural and creative sectors in order to prioritize and validate progress and performance indicators. Across various steps, multiple rounds of workshops aimed at improving and validating the variables by sectoral stakeholders will be developed and organised. The list of performance and progress indicators will be presented and discussed with high-level stakeholders and policy makers. Because the quality and accuracy of indicators also rely on data availability and collection, regular consultations with high-level sectoral stakeholders and policy makers will be crucial to ensure that indicators remain aligned with data availability and accessibility. The result will contain a methodological framework, detailed vertical indicators for the sectors investigated by the project, and transversal indicators that apply to all CCIs. The deliverable will also contain information and results of the co-design process and stakeholder engagement in the framework definition discussing main challenges faced and the related strategies to overcome those issues.
