What are the key terms and concepts for driving the climate transition? Project participants and invited guests contribute to a visual lexicon.
On Monday 11 March at NTNU, NTNU’s art academy launched a new research and innovation action funded by Horizon Europe: PACESETTERS explores not only the theoretical but also the very practical potential of art and culture, heritage and creativity to become a key driver of the climate transition. The project aims to generate knowledge from collaborative, artistic and practice-based research to keep pace with the transition.
Over the next three years, we will propose and test innovative and sustainable ideas across creative disciplines to set the pace of the transition. Finally, we evaluate strategies for future valorisation to push the pace of transition.
The kick-off meeting will include a public event open for in-person and remote participation on 11 March at 18:00 CET. This event will include contributions from:
